How to register your account

  • Step 1. Click the create an account link on the top right conner of the page

  • Step 2. Fill out the rest of the required information and agree to the privacy policy

    IELTS books

  • Step 3. Click Continue. This will take you to your SLSBooks profile creation page.

Payment and Pricing

  • Shipping Payment
    • If you choose to ship the book to your chosen address within Australia, the fee is $6.5 for any order less than $100 and $0 for any order more than $100
    • If you choose to collecting at SLS office, you will not be charged for shipping: the shipping fee is $0.
  • Shipping Payment
    • Paypal: You can check out using Paypal immediately after placing your order. Your Paypal Receipt is also your receipt for the book.
      PayPal Acceptance Mark
    • Eway (Credit Card): You can also pay by Credit Card using eway after placing your order. Your Eway Receipt is also your receipt for the book.



    • Cash/ EFTPOS on Pick up: If you do not feel comfortable paying by Paypal or Credit Card online, you can choose to pay by Cash/EFTPOS when you pick up the book in our office. Please wait for our email to confirm whether the books are ready for picking up and do not come in our office unless you receive the notification email.

Ordering and Shipping

  • Step 2. Choose Guest Checkout or choose Register Account when ready to check out

    If you are current SLS students and want to receive a 5% discount, you can simply enter the Promotion Code provided in your SLS Tax Invoice number (for your language courses) at the check out point.

    If you are an old SLS students and haven't got this Promotion Code in your Invoice, you can call us to get this Promotion Code.

    If you have Promotion Code from our monthly campaign newsletter, please enter the Promotion Code.

  • Step 4. Select Shipping Method
    • Shipping to their chosen address: $6.5 for any order less than $100 and $0 for any order more than $100
    • Collecting at SLS office $0.
  • Step 5. Payment method
    • Paypal
    • Eway (Credit Card/ Bank Transfer)
    • Cash/ EFTPOS on pick up
  • Step 6. You will receive an automatic receipt from Eway or Paypal as proof-of-purchase
    • If you choose to pay by Cash/EFTPOS on pick up, please wait 24-48 hours for our confirmation email before you come to collect the book, as the book may need to be delivered from our warehouse.
    • If you pay by Paypal/Eway and the book is ready, you will receive the book within 3-5 working days.
    • You will receive a notification email when the book is dispatched. from our office.

Refunds and Returns

Can I return a book I bought at SLSBOOKS.com.au?

If you purchase a product which is faulty and need to return it, please email info@slsbooks.com.au. Please do not ship your products back to us before receiving authorisation for your return.

Customers are entitled to return goods or books purchased from SLSBOOKS.com.au if the goods are faulty in any way or otherwise different to what is described in the packaging or what was represented at the point of sale.

If your books are faulty and SLSBOOKS agrees for you to return them to us (so we can replace), you must pay for the postage fee and make sure SLSBOOKS receive your books.

How soon do I need to inform SLSBOOKS.com.au about my faulty goods?

All claims for returns must be made no more than 7 calendar days after receipt of the goods. We will not accept return of gift certificates or credit notes. To return an item please use our online returns form.

Can I return a book due to change of mind or incorrect selection?

We will not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection. We recommend that you contact us with any enquiries before your purchase if you have specific needs or if you are unsure of the product’s specifications to avoid buying with incorrect selection.

I choose to pay by Cash/EFTPOS on pick up at SLS Office, can I return the book after paying for it?

If you choose to pay by Cash or EFTPOS on pick up at our office, we will not accept any return or refund request after you have checked the book and made the payment at our office. This is because you are offered to check the book onsite before paying when collecting it. So any refund request in this circumstance will not be considered as a change of mind and will not be accepted.

What does SLSBOOKS.com.au do after we authorize you to return your book?

If your books are faulty and SLSBOOKS have no more copies in stock to replace a new copy for you, we will issue you a refund or a SLSBOOKS credit at your choice.

Do I need a receipt for a book to be returned?

Customers must present the purchase receipts. No refund or exchange will be granted without a receipt as proof of purchase.

How is my payment refunded?

All refunds are processed by the same method that payment was made. For example, if payment is made by credit card, the refund must be issued to the same credit card. If payment is paid by Paypal, your refund will be done through Paypal.

How long will my remedy take?
We will make every effort to process remedy claims within 7 business days of receipt at our online office.  Where we provide you with a refund please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.

Goods may be replaced, credited or a refund given at SLSBOOKS.com.au sole discretion. By using www.slsbooks.com.au, you agree with the terms and conditions of this return and refund policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale

Click & Collect in store – Textbooks Only

If you can’t wait for the delivery or don’t want to spend on delivery fee, choose our Click & Collect option in the shopping cart.

Postage within Australia

If your order is above $100, you will enjoy FREE standard shipping within Australia. We are just trying to help you save more of your fee on your books rather than on delivery fee.

If you order is below $100, we charge a small flat fee of $6.5 for all deliveries within Australia.

International Delivery

We use Australia Post's Regular Air Parcels Service for all delivery of orders outside Australia.
